Bottle Pickup Day
A reminder will be sent via email within 24 hours prior to pick up.
Have bags out by 8am on scheduled pickup day. If this is not possible, let us know and we will contact on arrival.
*Place your bags in a place safe from theft and accessible for pick up.
*Put bottles in recycling or garbage bags. Wine bottles can remain in boxes/cases.
*All bags are labelled with unique IDs to separate them from other pickups.
Note: Pickups are ongoing from 8am to 5pm. Your bottles will be picked up within this time frame, unless otherwise specified.
Refunds
Payments are processed and delivered within 48 hours after pickup
*Clients should kindly allow up to 3 business days for payment as volume could potentially cause delay
*Payment is made through e-transfer (a minimum of $10 refund is required for an e-transfer) or cheque, whichever you prefer.
*You can also choose to donate all or part of your refund to any charity of your choice for a tax receipt from the charity.
