If I could give this company a 10 star review I would do so! Our neighbourhood bottle drop off closed down and I found Reclam. Hassle and mess free! All I have to do is leave my bottles out for pick up day and they do the rest. The communication is outstanding - I receive communication prior to delivery, confirmation when pick up occurs and friendly text messages that made me realize I was talking to a real person.
